TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Buck Island Pros. By hiring us for any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change upon further inspection or changes to the scope of work. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the property and notifying Buck Island Pros of any special conditions that may affect the work. Delays caused by inaccessible areas or unreported conditions may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [list accepted payment methods if applicable]. A deposit may be required for larger jobs or materials.

Services will be performed as outlined in the approved estimate or scope. Any changes must be requested and approved in writing and may result in additional charges and time.

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. Excessive rescheduling may result in delayed service or loss of priority scheduling.

We expect the worksite to be safe, accessible, and free of hazards. Buck Island Pros reserves the right to stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe for our team.

Buck Island Pros is fully insured and committed to high-quality workmanship. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, damage caused by other contractors, or damage resulting from customer-supplied materials or instructions. Limited warranties may apply to certain services and will be specified at the time of service.

The customer is responsible for removing fragile or valuable items from work areas and for informing Buck Island Pros of any special instructions or restrictions before work begins.

We may document completed work for quality records and promotional purposes. We will not publish photos that include identifying features of your property (like addresses or license plates) without your permission.

We are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly. Please notify us of any issues within 7 days of service completion so we can address them promptly.
